How branding works
Send us your assets - a logo file or any picture you want on the drinks. We handle sizing and testing.
Choose your level - printed foam only, printed foam plus cart wrap, or the full package with drinkware and signage
We design and proof - you approve the wrap and the printed image before event day
Event day - the cart arrives wrapped, the Brew Captains are briefed on your brand, and the printing runs all service long
Espresso service starts at $1,150 with a two-hour minimum. Wraps, drinkware and signage are quoted per event.
Frequently asked questions
What can the beverage printing machine print?
Any image you send us - logos, photos, text, QR codes - on milk foam, cold foam, whipped cream and espresso martinis. It works on coffee drinks and foam-topped cocktails, not on clear drinks.
How long does a branded cart wrap take?
Allow two weeks from approved artwork. Printed foam and branded signage can be turned around faster.
Can we keep the signage and drinkware?
Yes. Custom signs, drinkware and menus are yours to keep. Cart wraps are removed after the event unless we're running a program for you.
Do you work with sponsors and event producers?
Yes. We've worked with Triton Insurance at the Newport Boat Show, Cohera on multi-station programs, and Newport Harbor Island Resort on corporate referrals. We'll invoice the sponsor directly if that's easier.
Can you brand a bar, not just a coffee cart?
Yes. The Tap Cart, our Starboard and Port bars, and our Keel Bar can all carry custom wraps, tap handles and signage.
