The Bow Bar brings premium espresso catering and branded coffee carts to downtown offices, the Jewelry District, College Hill, the Convention Center and the venues around them, with the same team that serves Newport's hotels and corporate hosts.

A mobile espresso bar with Brew Captains pulling made-to-order lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, nitro cold brew and fresh drip, with whole and oat milk
A brandable cart wrapped in your logo, and our custom beverage printing machine that prints any image on the foam
A custom menu for your event - seasonal drinks, a signature latte named for your company, tea and chai on request
Complete setup, service and breakdown - we arrive early and leave the space as we found it
Each espresso machine serves about 45 guests per hour. Service starts at $1,150 with a two-hour minimum.

Do you provide mobile coffee catering in downtown Providence?
Yes. We serve offices, event venues, universities and hotels throughout Providence, including the Jewelry District, Federal Hill, College Hill and the Convention Center area.
Can you set up inside an office building?
Yes. The cart fits through a standard doorway, runs on a standard outlet, and we bring our own water. Loading docks and freight elevators are routine for us.
Can the drinks carry our logo?
Yes. Send us any picture and our custom beverage printing machine puts it on lattes, cold foam and espresso martinis.
Do you also do bar service in Providence?
Yes. Our mobile bars and the Tap Cart serve Providence events under our Rhode Island liquor license, or under a venue's own license.
Where else do you serve?
Newport, Warwick, Cranston, East Greenwich, Bristol, Barrington, South County and the East Bay, plus Southern New England for corporate programs.
