The Best Espresso Martini

The recipe calls for freshly brewed espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and vanilla simple syrup. We like to shave a little dark Belgian chocolate on top, I mean why not? This cocktail can be served using nitro gas to create a nice smooth and foamy waterfall finish. Shake it, strain it, serve up in martini glass, finish with shaved cocoa!
